The Waterside Hotel, Grasmere

The Waterside Hotel is situated on the shores of Grasmere, in the heart of the Lake District.

Our Client brief is to transform the existing hotel, which was built in the Victorian era with a hotchpotch of later additions, into a high quality hotel fit for the 21st century.

The Lake District National Park Authority has been involved throughout the design process and the project now has planning approval.

The 3D images below show the how the proposed hotel will look.

Main Contractor, Askam Construction Ltd, has commenced work on site and completion is expected mid 2012.
