We are at the start of what will be an extremely challenging time for everyone including our clients and staff. We would like to reassure our clients, new and existing, of our ability to continue to deliver our services to them over the coming months.

We have put in place the technology for remote working which means we can continue to work as usual and remain open for business.

We will have to limit face-to-face meetings but will offer telephone calls and audio/video meetings instead.

To reduce the risk of infection to our staff and the general population, we will close our office to clients from Monday 23 March 2020.  All existing client projects will continue to be dealt with as before regardless of this closure. We will still be able to give advice and to take on new projects via telephone and email.

Our staff will be working from home wherever possible but clients will still be able to telephone the office or make contact with them via email.  As usual, most correspondence will be dealt with by email and staff working remotely will be able have hard copies of plans and documents printed and sent out to clients.

We are committed to doing all we can to provide uninterrupted service during the present period of uncertainty and we value the loyalty of our clients and the trust you place in us.  Please do get in touch if you have any concerns or are worried about anything.

At the time of writing, there are no cases of COVID-19 within ADL and the precautions we are taking are purely preventative.
